What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking a tech-savvy Client Success Assistant to support the day-to-day activities of our Client Success team. The Client Success Assistant will perform essential work for the CS Team to ensure that our clients always receive top-quality service, including managing client-specific inboxes, tracking incentive campaigns, and working across departments to ensure all necessary stakeholders are aligned along client needs.

 

We need someone who is adaptable and works well in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter with a passion for healthcare and client service. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring client service professional to develop their skills and knowledge of the nuances of client service and the dynamics of an innovative healthcare organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Support Client Success team members, including the Director and National Account Managers, on day-to-day activities related to client services
  • Perform administrative responsibilities to promote the smooth function of the team
  • Manage multiple client-specific inboxes
  • Serve as triage center for product hotline(s) and redirect patient calls
  • Manage and track progression, fulfillment and patient inquiries for incentive campaigns
  • Communicate cross-functionally and work with stakeholders to ensure client needs are delivered
  • Provide needed resources and data to CS team members, including pulling reports, populating spreadsheets, and creating PowerPoints
  • Complete additional tasks as directed by team members

 

What this role requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Understanding of or experience in the healthcare field
  • Client service orientation
  • Tech-savvy with comfort learning new applications
  • Comfort working with others cross-departmentally and superb follow-up skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suites, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Adaptability in changing daily needs
  • Ability to come on site as needed
