What we’re looking for:


EHE is seeking a talented and driven Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for critical organization initiatives, including “pop-up” and other offsite clinics.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone to work across EHE’s entire business, interacting with every department and external vendors to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives. We’re looking for someone who can excel in an innovative, scrappy, start-up, agile environment, who will hold all stakeholders accountable to delivering projects on time and of the highest quality.


In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment and information
  • Ensure assigned projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards
  • Perform various coordinating tasks, such as scheduling and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries
  • Oversee pop up clinics in various locations from ideation to execution
  • Support ad hoc projects with different departments
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
  • Help prepare budgets
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Coordinate execution and submission of required forms and paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

 

What the role requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field
  • 2-5 years of project manager experience, start-up experience a plus
  • Project management certifications (i.e. Lean Six Sigma, PMP, etc.)
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing offsite projects
  • Proven success in coordinating complex projects from conception to delivery
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Unparalleled problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ruthlessly organized and skills to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, subject to rapid change and uncertainty
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confidence to hold colleagues accountable to deadlines and deliverables
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 25%)
