As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be a foundational team member with ownership to help to accelerate the rapid and safe roll-out of unmanned forklifts, trucks, robots, cars, and more.



  • Collaborate across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the most efficient possible cost
  • Create high-value content such as product videos, case studies, white papers, and customer testimonials for demand generation, website, targeted marketing campaigns, and the sales team’s toolkit
  • Manage marketing agency and freelance contributors to successfully deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Launch SEO strategy plan to increase organic traffic through targeted keywords and optimization efforts for written and visual content
  • Develop and manage editorial calendar and content production workflows
  • Weekly measurement, optimization, and reporting of content initiatives and marketing campaign


  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Strong preference for/experience with topics related to robotics, automation, material handling, and logistics
  • 4+ yrs experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience
  • Experience with Wordpress, Google Analytics, A/B testing, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads, and similar
  • Fluency with video production and promotion. Video and image editing experience are a bonus.
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume, how to create it, and how to distribute it
  • Ability to analyze and present content and social performance
  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads, and sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent listener, fast learner, and self-starter
  • A team player willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done
