Role
 
The Active Care Specialist is responsible for handling all patient issues that arise during the course of remote clear aligner treatment with a detail-oriented and effective approach, ensuring patients receive exceptional orthodontic care.


What You'll Do
  • Handle all inbound outreach from patients (calls, emails, live chats and tasks), including, but not limited to, aligner issues, refinement requests, whitening foam orders, and other shipping related concerns.
  • Calmly handle all issues that arise during treatment while effectively communicating with the Support Orthodontist, treating orthodontist, and the patient.
  • Schedule, attend, and follow-up on virtual appointments between orthodontists and patients.
  • This role is heavily phone oriented.  If you have any discomfort with phones as the primary method of patient interaction please consider this carefully before applying.

What You'll Need

All inbound core competencies are expected.

  • Proficient with API, Salesforce, and ClearCorrect; including tasks and API triggers.  
  • Ability to interact with Network Orthodontists effectively and respectfully.
  • Excellent verbal and written structure and communication.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to rectify issues (problem-solver attitude).
  • Ability to take escalated patient calls.
  • Strong knowledge of the orthodontic process.
  • Clinical background a plus.
