About the role…

Based in London, you’ll be managing a team of Business Analysts responsible for a broad set of high profile technology initiatives and integrations. Your focus will be on production delivery and operational manageability, reporting and programme governance, planning and demonstrating milestones, and addressing unexpected challenges that interfere with project delivery. You will also have management responsibility for the team, including supporting the BA’s project deliverables as well as professional development.


Strong communication skills, ability to build cross team working relationships, analytical thinking and a love of detail are all must-have traits. Reporting to the VP of Engineering Programmes, you will:

  •  Establish a standard set of project artefacts to:
    • Plan, track, monitor and report programme delivery 
    • Identify, document and track areas of risks to the project scope or timeline
    • Plan for operationalising post-deployment availability & support
    • Define deployment/rollout plan
    • Transition ownership upon project completion
  • Lead and manage a team by building and maintaining effective working relationships
    • Support professional development of direct reports
    • Rollup your sleeves to assist the team when required 
  • Accountable for timely delivery of complex projects that span across multiple business units 
  • Use data analysis to inform and guide decision making
  • Consolidate cross-team reporting of programmes
  • Communicate Project Value Proposition and Programme Roadmaps for Business Review

What we’re looking for from you…

  • Significant programme management experience in a wide range of business areas and demonstrated success of delivering complex project assignments
    • Ability to thrive in a face-paced environment
    • Ability to establish and tune project governance and reporting best practices
    • Enjoy working with ambiguity whilst driving clarity
  • Experience of managing a cross-location team, and organising and allocating resources to meet project management and technical design requirements
    • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage change with a proactive and enthusiastic approach
    • Enjoy building a high performing team focused on delivering customer excellence and team cohesiveness
    • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Proven track record of delivering business value through technology
    • Migration of services and content
    • Creation of new services and content
    • Scalability, reliability and maintainability underpin all services
    • Establishing dashboard(s) and baselines of services to monitor and alert
