About the Role
Delivering customer outcomes to drive customer retention and growth is a top priority for our CEO, his leadership team, and our board of directors as we grow. is looking for a Customer Strategy & Operations Manager to work with both internal and external stakeholders to identify the most critical processes, determine what’s required for success, and build the infrastructure to consistently exceed customer expectations. You will play an integral part in designing, implementing, and continuously improving processes, systems, and playbooks that our Professional Services and Talent Transformation teams will use on a daily basis to make our customers successful.
This is a high impact role that will report directly to the Head of Customer Strategy & Operations and have close interaction with the VP of Professional Services, VP of Operations and many other critical business partners throughout the company. 
The ideal candidate will have proven experience operationalizing processes and systems, leading cross-functional initiatives, a strong thirst for knowledge, and the will and desire to perform exceptionally in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
What you’ll achieve
Working cross-functionally with the Professional Services, Talent Transformation,
Customer Strategy & Operations and Product teams:
· Design, administer, and continuously improve key post-sales processes
· Select, implement, and administer systems and tools needed for consistent success
· Institute a consistent, rigorous operating cadence to drive implementation and post-launch customer success
· Scale best practices - create a repository of playbooks and templates; facilitate knowledge sharing amongst team members and partners
· Partner with Services Sales to create consistent and Customer Lifetime Value-maximizing pricing structure
What you’ll bring to the table
· 5+ years of experience at a top consulting firm AND/OR customer/business operations at a B2B-focused company (preferably SaaS)
· Experience building and scaling processes, systems, best practices
· Proven history of cross-functional leadership to design and execute on strategic initiatives
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· MBA preferred
