We're now on the look out for an exciting Sales Operations Manager / Analyst who can join a brand new function within the business. reporting to the Head of Sales Analytics, who is based in the US, you will take full ownership in a brand new team of driving improvements around efficiency and reporting capability for the global sales organization. You will have strong exposure to the likes of Salesforce, and various BI Tools from a reporting perspective, and you'll have experience driving best practice adoption of sales tools within a global sales team.

 

The Sales Operations Manager will join Callsign at an exciting time in our growth. The role is an opportunity to help shape the sales operations function globally, develop discipline and maturity, design and produce critical reports for the Executive Committee and work closely with a growing sales team to reach our target.

What you will be doing:

Planning

  • Develop, manage and support quarterly planning processes, partnering with Leadership in revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis.
  • Assist with incentive planning & sales performance tracking.

Reporting

  • Audit data in Salesforce to ensure Sales is adding client activity, updating pipeline and forecasts accurately.
  • Collect requirements from Leadership to create reports, design dashboards, and track KPIs.
  • Ensure data is clean and up to date so that scheduled, and ad hoc reports can be run without a fire drill.

Enhancing Processes

  • Administer Salesforce and manage any implementation into the platform.
  • Make system and data enhancements in Salesforce to improve opportunity tracking and collaborate with Sales to drive the tool's adoption.
  • Manage integration of additional platforms, such as HubSpot, into Salesforce.

You will be working from home, with periodic get together with your colleagues for training and planning sessions and will report to the VP of Sales Strategy & Analytics.

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical subject.
  • 5+ years of work experience in Sales Operations with increasing responsibilities.
  • Salesforce experience required. Salesforce Admin certification is a plus but not essential.
  • Integration & maintenance experience with platforms into Salesforce is required.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to take ambiguous or complex scenarios and effectively communicate actionable insights.
  • Highly analytical & highly motivated individual with an impeccable work ethic.
  • Experience working with commercial Leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and work under tight deadlines to prioritize multiple deliverables and responsibilities.
  • Experience with sales incentive management is a plus.
  • Reside in London or U.S East Coast only.
