Job Description
Sales Operations Analyst will provide full-time dedicated support to the Sales team with various analytical and operational activities.
The Problems You’ll Solve:
- Use sales tools to collect and present data insights to the sales organization by tracking long term sales data and creating analytical reports and dashboards.
- Prepare weekly, and quarterly reports, including win/loss analysis, forecast reports, etc.
- Drive operational efficiency with continuous focus on data quality and process improvement.
- Suggest improvements, best practices and new processes to improve sales performance.
- Assist in reinforcing best practices among Account Executives.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support and Finance organizations to develop new processes and participate in joint planning process.
- Manage and respond in an efficient and timely manner to cases and questions from the sales team.
- Own ad-hoc requests and projects from Sales Leadership Team.
- Understand a B2B SaaS sales cycle and customer journey.
- A drive to execute, seek lasting impact, and demonstrate urgency with projects big and small.

- You operate independently and comfortable with multiple teams relying on you.
- Ability to communicate data into meaningful insight: You know how to craft compelling presentations and can lead executives through data deep-dives.
- You are comfortable with sales tools such as Salesforce, InsightSquared, Clari and others.
- You are proficient with the most common MS Office tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SQL, LeanData, and Marketo is also a plus.
