Job Description

Succeeding with 5G will require operators to look beyond the limitations of legacy rating and charging. Success will demand a next-generation Converged Charging System that can enable continuous innovation and continuous deployment to unlock 5G commerce opportunities. Project Manager/Technical Account Manager

What you will do:

  • Manage the relationship with the customer
  • Manage the transition from implementation phase to production deployment and go-live.
    Take ownership and responsibility for all Services-related activities with customers
  • Engage with the customer (and the involved departments and stakeholders within their organization) in respect to managing, planning, tracking all relevant technical and non-technical aspects
  • Work together, support and communicate with all relevant persons engaged directly or indirectly with the account from the business, networks, operations, IT functions and their suppliers; across various roles including management, business owners, program and project managers, architects, functional and technical SMEs, software developers, testers and others
  • Represent the interface into the wider MATRIXX organization for escalation of project issues
  • Create, maintain and track project plans and schedules, cost estimates and problem logs throughout the life of the project
  • Manage and supporting requirements processes
  • Prepare impact assessments with input from the Solution Architect
  • Prepare estimations and project plans
  • Manage issues and escalations
  • Ongoing and post project evaluation and process improvements.

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant industry experience in project management role
  • BS degree in Computer Science or similar subject
  • Strong project management skills to manage day-to-day activities of the software/technical team to ensure each project remains on schedule and on budget
  • Experience in working in multiple and diverse geographic locations
  • A strong background with customer liaison with comprehensive understanding of customer solution and goals
  • Experience with milestone and project finance tracking
  • Eligibility for US Homeland Security Clearance
Desired Experience:
  • A working knowledge of MATRIXX Software product
  • An understanding of the concepts of:
    MATRIXX Voice Configuration
           • MATRIXX Tariff and Offer Design
           • Billing, CRM, OM configuration
           • API Best Practice
