We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to help us grow our team!

This is a huge opportunity to re-envision an enterprise B2B SaaS application using a product-led model. We’re rethinking our solution from the ground up, and need your smarts and experience to lead the initiative!

What you'll do:

  • Spearhead Klue’s organizational transition from being sales-led to product-led.
  • Through deep knowledge and understanding of our users’ challenges, identify a product-led approach to acquiring new customers.
  • Understand our company vision and strategy, and translate it into a compelling vision and roadmap for your product.
  • Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research to inform product decisions and prioritization
  • Prioritize a product scope that balances building strong foundations for future development, solving the most meaningful customer use cases, and getting these solutions into users' hands as quickly as possible
  • Define what success looks like, how it will be measured, and how it will impact company-wide goals
  • Create product requirements and functional specifications to guide product development
  • Work closely with the Design and Engineering teams to ship high-quality solutions that drive business outcomes and customer value
  • Collaborate with other product managers, engineers, and designers to imagine the future and create innovative solutions
  • Set and maintain a high bar of quality for your team's deliverables
  • Contribute to and help raise the bar on our Product Management team practices

This is you:

  • Experience in a senior level Product Management role in an Agile B2B SaaS environment
  • A demonstrated track record of driving business outcomes
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude
  • Analytical, with strong critical thinking skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Able to multitask with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who is able to manage their own time / work, work well under pressure, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
