About Your Role: 
As a key member of our sales/customer success team, the Solution Architect is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation of the software sales process and customer on-boarding/life cycle. Working in conjunction with the Account Executives, you’ll be the key technical adviser and product advocate for our solutions. Working in conjunction with the Customer Success team, you will be helping onboard/setup integrations for new and existing customers, helping with thought leadership and execution of campaign strategy.
Your Typical Day:
You’ll spend most of your day speaking with prospective/current customers providing needed information on Sendoso, our integrations and our industry. You will also spend parts of your days helping provide needed information to Sendoso internal teams, to ensure our team is best in class.

    • 2-3 years professional experience as a pre/post-sales technical resource, consultant, and/or related field
    • Cloud-based application experience is preferred
    • 2-3 years of Marketing Tech/Sales Tech experience
    • Start-up experience preferred2-3 years experience in business-to-business (B2B) companies
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
    • Strong background in a business consulting or advisory services capacity is a plus

Bonus Points If...

    • You have experience with Marketo, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft and/or Salesforce
    • Direct mail experience
