Job Title: Engineering Manager
Year of experience: 7+
Location: Mumbai or Indore
Requirements
Closely work with product and customer success teams to clearly understand the proposed features and enhancements
Demonstrate critical thinking and market knowledge in building new features for company’s Widgets offerings for different marketplaces like Facebook, Teams and Salesforce
Work with your team to create a work breakdown structure and tasks to deliver the proposed features and enhancements
Manage day to day work progress; address any roadblocks for the team
Communicate with customers on any issues, concerns, or feature requests
Hire, mentor, and manage your team of software engineers
Work with senior management and executive team on strategic initiatives and alignment with the delivery capabilities

What you need:
Bachelor of Engineering or an equivalent degree; Additionally, a management degree is preferred
Great analytical and problem-solving skills
7+ years of software engineering experience including hands-on experience in writing code and solving problems in Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Redis and ElasticSearch environments
Experience with building Apps for marketplaces is huge plus
Ability to collaborate with other departments
Experience in leading and managing product engineering teams in a team lead or manager role
Skills and experience in working directly with the customers
Ability to grow into a larger role like Director of Engineering
