Job Description

MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 300 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair. 
Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as Lincoln, RI and Denver, CO.

MOO’s customers are creative and inspiring. The CRM team’s goal is to ensure customers feel genuinely valued when they interact with the brand across all touch points. This requires MOO to create customer communications that are increasingly personalized and are as much about encouraging participation as they are about purchase, with a focus on celebrating the genuine excitement that we see in our customers when they talk about their businesses and use our products. 
MOO is looking to hire a highly organized, detail-oriented Direct Mail Marketer. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who is comfortable in coordinating and managing projects with stringent deadlines involving multiple stakeholders.
This role will focus on cohesiveness across the offline customer lifecycle journey while managing the day-to-day operations of MOO’s direct mail program and packaging inserts. They’ll report to the Head of Global CRM, and work partner with internal stakeholders (marketing, creative, operations, customer service, and data analytics) and external print vendors.
Schedule: 1 day per week or 8 hours per week

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Responsible for the end-to-end execution of customer direct mail marketing campaigns
    • Execute and lead the strategy on MOO Customer Inserts 
    • Partner with Operations to ensure successful execution of campaigns in offline marketing channels
    • Collaborate with the email team, and other digital marketing channel owners to ensure an optimal customer lifecycle journey across all touchpoints
    • Manage relationships with external vendors relating to direct mail efforts
    • Work cross-functionally with in-house creative and freelancers to create/update marketing collateral for your channels
    • Responsible for recapping and sharing out results to the marketing organization on channel performance periodically

About You:

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Marketing experience
    • Experience with offline marketing and direct mail
    • Analytically oriented with a bias towards using data to solve problems
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize multiple marketing priorities to deliver results
    • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
    • International work experience a plus
