Overview of Team

The business-to-business team look after Zego’s fleet customers from the moment they sign up for a policy through their insurance lifecycle. We help them get set up, understand how the policy works and advise them on how to improve performance so that they can get the best price at renewal. The team is a mix of creative problem solvers, process-orientated planners and custom-centric account managers. Our goal is to grow and retain our customers; we do that by working as a team, taking the wheel to solve problems and continuously pushing for progress.

Purpose of Role

We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager with experience working in an innovative environment to take on a key role in support our growing B2B customer team. Working within our London team to solve issues, improving the experience and grow our business with our largest accounts.

What you will be working on

    Owning a portfolio of medium and large business accounts; supporting them on a day-to-day basis with anything they need such as understanding their invoices, to leading growing the business through quarterly business reviews.
    Solving complex customer issues as they arise, working closely with a variety of internal teams and external partners (e.g. claims handlers and brokers) to solve the problem in a timely and effective manner
    Analyse customer data to gain insights in order to understand performance drivers and communicate these to customers in reviews and via regular reporting
    Proactively engage with customers on a regular basis to understand their needs and gather feedback on our products and service level, sharing these insights with our product teams and recommending areas for improvement
    Lead small to medium cross-functional projects to improve products and the way we work and the products we offer our customers

What you will need to be successful

    You will have the ability to work autonomously, managing large accounts and able to build strategic relationships
    You are analytically minded with experience creating performance reports, forecasting and drawing insights from data
    You have strong project and time management skills where you’re able to work across, and at times lead a range of cross-functional projects with external stakeholders
    You are able to identify opportunities as well as solve problems and resolve issues within a scaling and evolving business environment
    You enjoy guiding others, sharing best practice and training others in your area of expertise
