You will be part of our dedicated People & Culture - Talent Acquisition team. You will be working closely with our (Senior) TA Specialists in both Copenhagen and San Francisco. We are aiming to create an innovative, candidate centric TA and EB brand - all while having fun and supporting each other to become even better!
Recruitments, change management and implementation of new processes
As Senior TA Specialist 50 % of your work will be centered around recruitments, change management & implementation of new processes and AI & tech. As part of this, you will:
Help develop and implement new recruitment processes in the organization through change management and professionalism
Act as an advisor/partner to the business and do end-to-end recruitment with hiring managers in local responsibility and other offices around the world
Contribute to strategic workforce planning by being proactive on recruitment according to global direction & goals
Be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of tasks and development of the TA specialist and possible intern in close cooperation with the Global TA & EB Manager
The other half will be 30 % research and sourcing, 15 % Employer Branding & Strategy and 5 % recruitment coordination. This includes for you to:
Understand roles and source for candidates, mainly specialists
Assist the Global Manager in selected research and sourcing for certain roles
Help develop global strategy and processes to ensure candidate centric & inbound recruitment TA approach
Be part of developing EB from scratch
Help ensure a DEI and candidate centric approach in everything we do
Assist hiring managers, TA & EB Manager and TA Specialist with administrative tasks when recruiting
As we are a global company you should expect to travel around 20-30 days per year with at least one trip to our office in beautiful San Francisco as well as other EMEA offices when deemed necessary.
A kick-ass team player with a proactive and flexible work style
You might be the person we are looking for if you have a natural curiosity for both people and trade. We hope to see that you enjoy working with people (both managers and candidates) and that you are persistent in gaining information from them. Your working style is both proactive, independent and responsible and you always follow through and complete tasks without any loose ends. Adding to that, you are known to be structured and well organized with an eye for details and a flexible approach to solving tasks with the rest of the team.
Furthermore, we envision that you have and can demonstrate:
A degree within HRM, Communication, Marketing or a similar discipline
A strong background as researcher, preferably from a larger agency with candidate centric approach
Inhouse recruiter experience working in FMCG or start up/scale up/entrepreneurial environments with the potential to be a business advisor/partner
Fluency both orally and in writing in English, incl. English grammar
Excellent written communicator who understands how to sell jobs to candidates
A LI Recruiter certificate or Social Talent Ninja Black Belt is considered an advantage

Based on the case solution, 5 candidates will be invited for a 1st round of interview. 2 candidates will then be invited for a 2nd and final interview.
