Since we had to learn everything about how music and emotions connect, we poured a ton of money into research. And we reformed the licensing landscape, by introducing direct deals with publishers and labels and pioneering a per-stream-based compensation model. To make sure artists and composers get paid accurately.

About us

Soundtrack Your Brand offers music streaming services for businesses. We serve small customers like the café around the corner and large brands like McDonald's, Toni & Guy and TAGHeuer. Through our service, our customers have total control over the music and can easily manage all their locations all over the world.


Soundtrack Your Brand is a product-led company where our product is the main vehicle to acquire, activate and retain customers. Hence we have no traditional sales team, instead, businesses find, try and buy our service online. Currently, we are available in 70+ countries where North America is our biggest market.



Team

Growth Engineering is constantly exploring new ways of growing our business. Following the company’s online-first strategy, the focus of the team is currently on online customer onboarding and activation. Growth Engineering is a new team that is now ramping up and we believe that you will truly be a key player in this team.


Today’s customers want to try before they buy a service, so the team strives to optimize our onboarding funnel to make it simple but also compelling to start a trial. During the trial, the team focuses on giving new customers a great experience where they quickly find value in our service. A great onboarding is the difference between a customer logging in once and one staying for life.



Role

You will be responsible for the customer onboarding user journey where you will orchestrate and personalize the onboarding experience for our online customers, using all available touch-points such as web, app, e-mail, chat and assisted on-boarding. These should not be seen as siloed elements; instead we believe in a cohesive customer experience where all different pieces cooperate towards a common goal.


For any initiative in this space, you will manage the user experience design and structure, detail and communicate this to ensure a smooth implementation. A key component in your role is to manage customer communication in our tools for automated user engagement. With our product-led approach, you should also have a feel for marketing, copywriting and being able to educate our users on the value of our product. You will also manage the collection and analysis of user feedback, to be used for further optimization.


At hand, you will have a wide variety of analytics tools to help you understand our customer’s behaviour. In addition, we use machine learning models to predict user behaviour and early detect churns during the trial period. These models also provide us with useful insights regarding key events and important features. Basically which features and what behaviour is important to reinforce during the trial period.


In your role, you will collaborate and interact with many different Soundtrack teams such as Analytics, Product Experience, Machine Learning, Business Systems and of course Music. Hence we believe you are an excellent communicator – inside the team, as well as outside of it.


We strongly believe in the effectiveness of remote working - what you achieve is what matters! So we happily support remote working as long as it is a similar time zone to us and it is possible for you to visit our Stockholm office. Of course, you are always welcome to work full time from our beautiful Stockholm office at Sveavägen.

Experience

    Service or UX design, preferably from one or multiple fast-growing SaaS companies or startups
    Customer life cycle management
    User behaviour analysis and obtaining user feedback
    Conducting and analysing A/B tests
    Content management


Required skills

    Strong skills in structuring and visualising user journey maps and concepts
    Highly skilled in English writing
    Ability to actively manage conversational customer relationship tools, e.g. Intercom


Meriting skills

    Product marketing
    Product and funnel analytics, e.g. Mixpanel
    Customer qualification and assisted onboarding, e.g. Salesforce
