Job Description

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will be the main point of contact for managing the priorities of the CEO, providing assistance with multiple duties, including heavy scheduling responsibility, taking notes, and managing presentations for the CEO. This position will largely rely on the individual to be flexible and quick to make decisions as well as strong communication skills for handling complex and often confidential matters for the CEO. Some occasional work on personal appointments and priorities for the CEO. 

What you will be doing:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and travel itineraries with a high level of accuracy and speed
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and his direct reports to coordinate larger projects and priorities. 
  • Proofread, edit, and produce some written correspondence and presentations from the office of the CEO for internal and external communications, especially board-level communications
  • Extreme level of discretion
  • Ability to manage and improve upon current systems and communications to drive more efficiency

What we’re looking for:

  • Must have 5-10 years of experience as the EA for the CEO
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Experience with working with a public board of directors (5 years)
  • Knowledge of GSuite, Keynote
  • Ability to own communications with many levels of folks internal and externally
  • Opportunities to help out on various projects where needed
