Holmusk is a data science and digital health company focused on improving tailored interventions in healthcare.


We are looking for a dynamic, director-level candidate who is excited about defining technology experiences and making an impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and growing our digital solutions in Asia, which include digital tools for chronic disease management, mental wellness & health and other pipeline products. The scope of work is broad and includes driving our business & product strategy in digital solutions, building deeper partnerships with clients to create new business value, ensuring delivery of our projects and leading operational teams. You will be part of our main office in Singapore.


The successful candidate will join a diverse team that is dedicated to the pursuit of our mission to leverage analytic and digital tools to address the unmet need in healthcare pharma-life science. This job requires a sharp analytical mind, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for taking on some of the most complex challenges of our time.


Our mission at Holmusk is to transform healthcare by establishing objective evidence as a core utility to the treatment of mental health and chronic diseases. Our proprietary technology powers data-driven medicine that leverages real-world data to inform new treatments for mental health and chronic diseases.



  • Provide leadership for our digital solutions line-of-business, focusing in Asia initially. Responsible for P&Ls, growing top-line revenue while managing costs and budgeting effectively
  • An excellent “product-picker”: able to deeply understand the needs of consumers, patients and stakeholders in the healthcare system and coordinate with the product, data and other internal teams to develop highly usable, engaging and effective digital solutions
  • Develop and execute full strategic sales efforts, marketing plans and programs for digital solutions
  • Build strong relationship with our customers (including regional insurers, pharmaceutical companies and healthcare provides) for good revenue growth
  • Ensure successful delivery of all digital health projects with our clients
  • Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities to pursue in the space
  • Provide leadership in gathering relevant clinical expertise for the development, validation and delivery of our digital solutions



  • 5+ years of experience in a management, strategy, client-facing and/or clinical role, ideally in the healthcare or tech industry
  • Able to confidently and expertly navigate and bridge between technology, business and healthcare domains
  • Healthcare qualifications or background (e.g. in a clinical, education or academic setting in fields such as medicine, psychology, pharmacy and other health-related fields) is a strong plus. Otherwise, should be able to demonstrate solid understanding of the healthcare ecosystem 
  • Excellent stakeholder management: aligning internal and external parties towards our vision of a digital future in healthcare 
  • Team management skills: create a harmonious working environment, train and mentor staff and motivate all team members to perform efficiently
  • Strong aptitude and ability to understand trade-offs, challenges, and risks
  • Positive mindset & collaborative team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
