Hone is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead our growing mid-market sales team. This role will carry quota and support our emerging team in achieving their targets as a true player-coach. Hone has always been a distributed-first company, so you can work remotely (US timezones) or be located in one of our hubs of San Diego, LA, San Francisco or New York.

You will work closely with Hone’s sales team, senior execs, CEO, marketing team and others to drive growth of our next-generation corporate training platform, and impact the skills and careers of thousands of professionals.

What we’re looking for:

  • Successful track record of achieving or exceeding quota for B2B SaaS companies in the mid-market (500-10k employees)
  • Positive, supportive management style to empower team members’ success, and experience overseeing AEs and BDRs
  • Strong ability to institute sales team processes and best practices
  • Excellent data reporting and narrative skills to help us understand and optimize our performance
