IPartner program is a great way to scale a company 's sales, culture and improve our product as well. We are a great company and we have an amazing Channel Program. We want great people to help us enable our partners and help Pipefy to grow faster.
Partners Marketing is one of our pillars to build a huge Program and will help us develop and execute on a wide range of co-marketing campaigns across key verticals and marketing channels. To do so, Partners Marketing Manager will be responsible for work with partners and channel sales team to create a marketing plan that combines multiple marketing tactics together, and give the partners the assistance and direction needed to execute on the plan. This is a strategic role to find gaps and opportunities in the partner´s lifecycle, and by delivering improvements, they aim to facilitate sales and aid retention by partners. You will have the opportunity to put all of our values in practice on a daily basis.

  • Use industry knowledge and research to forecast marketing opportunities that drive business goals
  • Help partners to generate leads;
  • Analyze marketing success metrics and pipeline to increase return on investment.
  • Work with the Sales team to maximize lead acceptance and conversion rate.
  • Work with PRM to develop joint marketing plans and co-marketing strategies with partners (GTM, MDF, and others)
  • Help us to translate customer marketing actions and GTM to partners face
  • Cultivate relationships with a select set of high priority partners.
  • Develop campaigns to help partners grow in a self service journey to success.
  • Work with the Brand Design and Education teams to build and develop campaign creative and content assets.
  • Develop partners marketing tools and ensure that partner programs meet marketing objectives Evaluate the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements
  • Be a specialista in what partners need and also in their pains and help us to translate this to strategy and actions
  • Help us to create and centralize all communications from Pipefy to Partner
  • Support events to engage partners (online and in person)

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
  • Experience in channels and multinational technology companies.
  • Experience in strategic planning and implementation of co-marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge about consultancy business.
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams;
  • Familiarity with copywriting and content creation;
  • Have good presentation skills, excellent at engaging with your audience;
  • Project management;
  • At least 5+ years in Brand, Product, or Partner Marketing experience
  • Deep experience working with partners to co-develop plans and launch marketing programs across multiple media channels.
  • Consultative sales solution skills.
  • Great negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop partner relationships and open new valuable opportunities
  • Experience in Partner or Channel enablement or training
  • Already worked in a startup environment during its scaling-up process;
  • Have previously worked in a customer-facing role or partner program role;
  • Have familiarity with technology and might use it in order to improve/automate processes;
  • Are passionate about problem-solving activities.
