We enable healthcare providers to deploy Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs using our easy-to-use equipment and software. Job Description is leading the charge in how providers deliver remote care. Our next-generation Remote Patient Monitoring platform enables medical teams to provide safe, effective remote care that improves patient outcomes, lowers patient medical expenses, and generates new, much-needed revenue streams for healthcare providers of all sizes. As the market leader in physician-led remote patient monitoring, we help patients better work together with their most-trusted healthcare advocate, their existing physician, to achieve lasting health improvements and catch early warning signs before they escalate.

The optimize team is on the lookout for our next HR leader! In this role you will own the entire HR function from the ground up. This is an incredible opportunity for a strong leader who loves to be hands on!
Reports to: CEO

In this role, you'll:

    • Own employee growth & delight at
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand our goals and strategy related to staffing, engagement, retention, and our overall "People" philosophy
    • Perform the hands-on day-to-day administration of our people programs, including but not limited to, compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition and morale, occupational health and safety; and training and development
    • Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics
    • Set the infrastructure to manage fast company growth without sacrificing our core values or the team’s quality of experience
    • Develop and manage programs for full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and professional development for individuals and managers
    • Monitor and ensure the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance
    • Define our recruiting metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure effectiveness and our ability to deliver on business outcomes
    • Manage our existing benefits, benchmark and add benefits as needed
    • Manage our PEO relationship and recommend changes as fit
    • Promote a culture of learning and candid feedback, and roll out new tools and processes to facilitate it

Here is what an ideal candidate looks like to us:

    • 8+ years experience in hands-on Human Resources, and at least 2 years experience working in a rapidly growing tech environment
    • At least 3 years in HR leadership
    • Strong understanding of the interviewing process, benefits administration, payroll and other HR functions
    • Excellent judgment and the ability to make sound decisions independently and communicate to key stakeholders
    • Stellar project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and discipline to organize and prioritize.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal
    • Proven history of proactively adding value to the teams you join
