Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Engineer your responsibility is to serve as the technical trusted advisor of our enterprise customers and prospects and drive Cybellum growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead presale activities from early engagement with customers, while working closely with the sales team and company internal teams for building end to end solutions that fit customer needs.

• Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and travel to customers sites as needed.

• Understand the customer's needs and successfully match customer pain points and requirements to proposed solutions that solve the customer's challenges.

• Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute deals in sales cycles.

• Manage customer-facing activities, including commercial and technical sessions, demonstrations and presentations of Cybellum solutions.

• Prepare outbound detailed technical and commercial proposals.

• Display persistence and continually push so that customers get the maximum value out of Cybellum.

• Train new customers on how to use the Cybellum platform in a way that is tailored to their specific use-case and implementation.

• Influence and build rapport with key decision-makers to become their trusted advisor, deliver and communicate ROI for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Balance customer needs against Cybellum’s interests and resources and prioritizes accordingly.

• Conduct competitive reviews.

• Present at webinars and professional meetups.

Requirements

• A highly motivated person with a “Getting Things Done” mentality.

• At least five years of experience working in a B2B customer-facing pre-sales role.

• At least five years’ experience working in a sales engineer role in a fast-paced startup environment - must.

• Technical experience in cybersecurity (product cybersecurity preferable).

• Hands-on experience with Linux and cybersecurity - must.

• Know how to manage customers' expectations and experiences in a way that results in closing opportunities and high customer satisfaction.

• Customer-centric approach - you enjoy talking to customers and establishing good relationships.

• Highly focused and determined multi-tasker who can keep many balls up in the air.

• A disciplined self-starter does whatever it takes to succeed.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Languages: High level of English - mandatory. Other Languages - advantage.
