Capella Space is looking for an experienced NetSuite ERP Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the IT Lead, this individual will work across the organization with Accounting, Engineering, IT, Sales Ops, and Product teams collaborating on complex system, integration, and operational programs to support our growth.
The ERP Admin will be responsible for providing support and technical assistance to NetSuite users in the areas of Order Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Revenue Accounting. In this position, you should be a NetSuite expert in delivering technical, understand billing and revenue accounting principles, and have project management skills. You should have experience demonstrating the ability to self–motivate and be able to anticipate and manage change in a highly dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Be the internal Authority on things ERP/NetSuite
- Lead NetSuite projects to scale and meet business initiatives including supporting integrations between Salesforce.com and the Project Lifecycle Management system.
- Use knowledge of defined reference architectures and implementation experience to translate a business need into a solution blueprint that represents an end-to-end technical deliverable
- Provide business user support to ensure efficient closure of monthly usage-based billing cycle
- Manage system enhancement projects following established SDLC processes, based on agile methodology
- Ensure procedures, processes, and proper change controls are followed on all production changes and implementation projects
