Global trade is a fundamental human need for delivering products to the people who need them. In today's on-demand economy, customer expectations have risen to an all-time high and moreover, continue to evolve. 
Unfortunately, supply chains can no longer keep up because freight is moved based on static plans and the data/technology is inadequate for companies to adjust on the fly, let alone provide the transparency that customers expect. As a result people don’t receive the goods they need in the manner they want to receive them.
We believe winning companies will treat the supply chain like the continuously evolving system it actually is. Companies will provide 1) Amazon-like delivery with 2) a digital customer experience. To do so, they must have an intelligent software platform built on a foundation of clean & accurate data. ClearMetal is uniquely able to offer an enterprise software platform to global shippers that enables a Continuous Delivery Experience by 1) improving freight delivery to meet rising customer expectations and 2) empowering a modern digital customer experience. 
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive business goals and adoption for a defined set of enterprise customers. 

What You'll Do

    • This is not a Sales role and will be part of the Customer Experience team.  This role will have sole ownership of client relationship post deployment
    • Serve as a trusted advisor and point of escalation for assigned customers
    • Develop trusted relationships with decision makers on each account
    • Understand customer’s strategic goals, and develop plans to partner on these goals. Ensure customers are leveraging the CM solution to deliver business value 
    • Prepare and execute on quarterly customer success plans
    • Understand level of adoption and grow usage of ClearMetal within each account
    • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and product adoption, through effective value-add and engagement
    • Work collaboratively with other ClearMetal teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded
    • Work with the Sales team to ensure successful renewals
    • Develop new materials - presentations, best practices, roll-out plans, proposals

What You'll Need

    • 10+ years of experience in an account management, consulting, or customer success role
    • Supply Chain/Logistics experience/Analytical and process-oriented mindset
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to communicate with all levels of a customer organization (ranging from Analyst to C-level)
    • Experience working in a SaaS company or technical startup
    • Bachelor's degree is a must, MBA a plus
    • Track record of achieving customer goals
    • Positive attitude; strong communication skills, and ability to problem solveHighly motivated, disciplined, and strong work ethic 
    • Strong team player and collaborative mindset 
    • Ability to travel up to 25%
