Olive is looking for an Revenue Operations Analyst to lead our Professional Services for the coordination of all implementation projects. The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing contracts and ascertaining what staff are required for fulfillment. They will then assign team members to projects based on skillset and availability. This position will provide holistic resource planning support, prioritization and long-term planning, forecasting, scheduling, and monitoring.

Revenue Operations Analyst responsibilities include tracking business results, performing cost-benefit analyses, and creating efficiencies for the delivery of our software. As a liaison between Olive and our customers, the Operations Analyst is responsible for managing resourcing, schedules and fulfillment for customer implementations. Interface regularly with our General Counsel and Solutions Architects to seek deep understanding of specific requirements and customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to learn on the fly, is customer focused, and can manage competing priorities.


Coordinate and document bi-weekly sales pipeline reviews to ensure data accuracy of the information within our CRM and PM tools.
Ensure a complete and accurate project set up in the project accounting system consistent with the contract statement of work for all projects. This will include liaising with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance. Drive timely entry of billable time and expenses across the team.
Ensure contract terms are input project tracking systems properly and we are billing according to contract specifications.
Collaborate with the Revenue Operations Insights Teams to track and report all key performance indicators against annual and quarterly goals. Refresh all management dashboards, reports and executive review documents.
Assist with tracking all new hires and ensure they have a great on-boarding experience. Maintain on-boarding documents and training plans to help all new hires become productive on customer assignments as soon as possible.
Assist in preparing Drive quarterly and special event internal communications. Work across teams to collect current project updates and progress.
Maintain and organize Account Assignments within Salesforce
Support and inform the onboarding process and adjust training as the company grows
Review and monitor data points within CRM and PM tools to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Create and maintain reports and dashboards
Assist in the project management of operational changes and work with counterparts in technologies and enablement to successfully implement changes and train team members
Develop and maintain trainings and documentation from our sales, customer experience, and engineerings teams
Report against key metrics for aligned business units within Google Sheets & Tableau


1-3 years of experience supporting a Professional Services organization or 2+ years with an advanced degree.
Adept with project management software. Technical understanding of how process flows relate to the system.
Skilled at creating reports, dashboards and analyzing data.
An Understanding of Professional Services best practices and methodologies.
An innate drive to solve complex problems, collaborate with others and mentor team members.
Demonstrated ability to produce well-written and succinct technical analysis and documentation to stakeholders in development and product management.
Must be highly detail oriented and accurate, extremely organized and able to multitask effectively.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to tactfully respond to scheduling requests and provide alternative suggestions to satisfy all parties.
Ability to build and maintain professional partnerships with all teams including a level of comfort with approaching management and higher level leadership.
