While it brought existing business models to a grinding halt, Hubilo saw the opportunity to turn cancelled conferences into virtual events and bring people together in a dramatically more convenient and engaging manner. Cornered by an approaching bankruptcy, we saw this once-in-a-century opportunity to recreate a business we had started five years ago.
We pivoted from the physical world to reimagine how people connect, interact, and get things done in the virtual world. A virtual world where we seamlessly extend the human experience and effortlessly make network intelligence accessible to both organizers and attendees. We transformed the vast array of interactions data into a system of engagement to turn Events into networks and attendees into relationships. The shift to intelligent experiences will be irreversible going beyond the pandemic, and it will be hard to imagine any memorable event that is limited to the physically present.

What you will be doing
Developing existing programs by analyzing user requirements and identifying areas for modification by research and development followed by coding.
Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Conduct peer code review.
You should apply if you
Have 3 - 6 years of experience working in a high speed Product B2B start up doing Full-stack or Front-end software development
Have demonstrated experience in Front-end developer tooling, React js and its core principles
Have experience with popular React js workflows (such as Hooks and Redux), React Material UI, Data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable js)and with RESTful APIs
Have experience in debugging, problem-solving, and improving application performance.
Are willing to learning new technologies on your own.
Have knowledge in best practices for the whole software development cycle (TDD/CI/CD) and agile methodologies.
Have good knowledge of version control.
Have the ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools.
Have good communication ability and can articulate business needs and translate them into technology solutions.
Are able to work directly with business stakeholders and are comfortable with collaboration, reaching across teams, and focusing on business outcomes.
