ClearDATA is seeking a talented Sales Operation Analyst to join our rapidly growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your data analytics/business intelligence skills and gain new skills in a fast-paced technology environment.
Note: ClearDATA is conducting all interviewing and on-boarding virtually due to COVID-19. Everyone will work from home until it is safe to return to our offices at which point long-term, flexible work-from-home policies will be determined.
Overview:
- Provide sales leadership with guidance on strategy and business analytics (aka Right Hand)
- Lead best practices in sales analytics and metrics to guide and improve sales process.
- Key role in providing sales leadership comprehensive analytics in order to provide guidance and/or the ability to make business decisions.
- Lead best practices in sales analytics and metrics to guide and improve sales process.
- Identify data and analytical needs, translate to reports, dashboards, driving standardization and scalability.
- Enhance sales productivity by identify opportunities to streamline processes that impact sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with sales leadership to develop actionable, measurable projects and programs that accelerate sales growth and improve sales reps productivity.
- Works across multiple function to influence programs to increase sales & revenue.
- Develop reports and dashboards that drive decision-making and optimization in areas such as rep productivity, attainment of targets, pipeline management, campaigns, and various experiments.
- Participation on forecast and pipeline calls. Help to qualify opportunities and assist Sales Management with insightful reporting on key metrics and analytics.
- Report status of sales forecast and pipeline while supporting reviews between Sales Leaders and Sales Representatives
- Ensure Sales Leaders can effectively coach Sales Representatives with sales process aligned to shared vision selling.
- Initiate key business activities and report sales progress & results (ie, SQOs, pipeline creation, target accounts)
- Serve as internal advocate and cross functional liaison for Sales Team and other core business functions (pricing, billing, proposals, etc.)
- Build effective Cross-Functional Partnerships with Sales leadership, Marketing, Finance, and Business Intelligence teams.
- Prepare for Ops reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other key business meetings.
- Report sales use of SFDC.com and serve as team lead to enable increased efficiency with Sales Leader support.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of sales operations experience within a sales organization.
- A proven track record of solving complex problems, driving initiatives cross functionally, and clear ability to explain complex concepts to audiences in a simplistic way.
- High degree of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Self-starter and fast learner who thrives in a changing environment and gets things done.
- The ability to get your hands dirty, work in the details and troubleshoot issues.
- Experience with typical sales-stack technologies and analytical tools (e.g., SFDC, SQL, Power BI, Sales Loft, revenue intelligence tools (or similar sales/analytics tools).
