We are looking for someone to join our Operations team as a Process Optimization Associate. You will work independently to support the development and implementation of effective, efficient, and continuously improved programs, projects, and processes within the operations team, working closely with Program Managers, Analytics Managers, and Site Operations. Your work will have a direct impact on people’s lives by scaling the availability and accessibility of COVID-19 testing and life sciences research and results delivery, while ensuring the operations team is optimized and streamlined.

How You’ll Contribute:

    • Ensure high quality, efficient, standardized processes for new product, program and feature launches. 
    • Provide resource optimization support and infrastructure development for the operations team including shared drive enhancements and upkeep, intranet pages, and standard weekly communications.
    • Apply analytical skills to manipulate and analyze data to inform process development and improvement for example using salesforce data to understand opportunities to increase efficiency for operational support teams. 
    • Define and evaluate operational problems and recommend solutions in close partnership with key internal stakeholders, including program managers, analytics managers and site operations and support. 
    • Analyze work streams and data trends to identify issues.
    • Raise issues identified with Program Managers, Analytics Managers, and Site Operations and collaborates to analyze alternatives to determine best outcomes.

Our Ideal Candidate has/is:

    • At least three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience in industrial engineering, operations, logistics or other related field.
    • Highly detail oriented Ability to perform complex project tasks, prioritize multiple projects, and work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Knowledge of how to analyze data and present findings in an easily understandable manner.
    • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and techniques.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals at all levels across the organization. 
    • Ability to learn how to recognize and diagnose obstacles to performance and productivity.
    • Ability to recognize problems and identify, develop and implement solutions.
    • Familiar with tools such as Jira and Airtable.

Nice to Have:

    • Experience in management consulting and/or tech startups.
    • Experience in healthcare or adjacent field.
