Job Description

This role will work with implementation project teams to document current and proposed business processes, develop workflow diagrams, and capture various meeting notes and deliverables based on projects.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Track and maintain project documentation for implementation department initiatives and client projects
  • Document project meeting agendas and meeting notes
  • Create and maintain project plans and logs
  • Maintain and assist with the development of processes, procedures, and workflows for project-related deliverables
  • Monitor progress, identify and report on all shortfalls, delays, conflicts, and other issues/risks, including out-of-scope requests and change orders
  • Exercise tact, diplomacy, and professionalism at all times, building rapport with internal project teams and gaining their trust and respect
  • Schedule cross-functional meetings to facilitate collaboration
  • Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-2 years project management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; Salesforce and Smartsheet experience a plus
  • Demonstrated competence in multi-tasking
  • Professional attitude and work style
  • High energy and aptitude for process-oriented thinking
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail

PAY RANGE: $50,000-$60,000 per year
