Job Overview:
ISRs at Sora are responsible for a hybrid of outbound pipeline generation and supporting the late stage execution of pilots and annual contracts with prospective customers. For the outbound pipeline generation component of the role, ISRs utilize software tools such as Salesforce, Linkedin and to manage inbound and outbound engagement with prospective Sora customers, taking calls and meetings as needed to qualify and source opportunities for themselves. In addition to sourcing opportunities, ISRs at Sora work later stage deals, building relationships, uncovering value, and managing contract negotiations with HR leaders across innovative companies from 100 to 1000 employees.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:
In your first 30 days at Sora you’ll have the opportunity to impact the trajectory of the company directly, by drawing learnings from every aspect of the go to market funnel and transmitting them back to the rest of the org, including:

  • Collaborating with Marketing to experiment with audiences, different geographies and messaging to help the company learn who our best customers are
  • Taking initial calls with prospects and learning about their HR processes and where problems arise, helping build quality sales pipeline
  • Posting product feedback and coordinating with the engineering org to set product roadmap
  • Manage outbound automation sequences in
  • Approach all deals with a customer-focused, curious, consultative mentality Within 90 days you’ll:
  • Master the Sora demo, both explaining the product and learning if/how it can be valuable to your prospects, helping refine our pitch and company narrative
  • Develop relationships and uncover the needs of stakeholders to find value drivers
  • Research accounts, identify decision processes, produce interest and develop potential customers across multiple verticals
  • Prioritize and maintain deal pipeline while owning the sales cycle from start to finish - from outreach to discovery to demo to negotiation to close
  • Craft and prioritize high-value accounts in the pipeline for strategic follow up
  • Have immaculate Salesforce hygiene to ensure efficient lead management and record-keeping while maintaining data integrity Within your first six months you’ll:
  • Negotiate pricing terms and calculate ROI, and maximizing the value of Sora’s deals
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert in the HR automation space
