Pliops is looking for an innovative and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our amazing team.

The role include responsibility for leading and executing the full life cycle of the hiring process, in partnership with the hiring managers and the HR team. 

You will take a central and active part in our growth by helping us attract & hire the best people, promote our employer brand and nurture our work environment.

Requirements

  • Lead all recruitment activities, attract talents (in all levels), define job descriptions with managers, understand business needs and market trends, manage hiring processes, screen CVs, conduct phone and in-person interviews and analytics
  • Implement effective sourcing tools, develop and expand various recruiting channels
  • Actively connect with potential talents as a pipeline for the future, and stay connected with candidates 
  • Generate compensation and benefits benchmarks
  • Strong partnership with hiring managers to ensure a fast & efficient recruiting process, advise on profiles/companies to target from
  • Constantly improve Pliops’ candidate/hiring/on boarding experience
  • Promote Pliops’ employer branding, presence and positions on social networks
  • Flawless communication with employees on openings for internal hires and referral programs

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading E2E hiring processes in hi-tech companies
  • Experience in recruiting for technology positions – both HW and SW
  • Passion about people and recruitment with a positive attitude. Motivation to make an impact and scale up a company through searching and hiring the best available talents
  • Proven experience with sourcing methods and skills  
  • Multi-tasking abilities and ability to work in a dynamic environment and a fast growing company
  • Creative, open minded, thorough and accountable
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Team player!
