About the Role

As the VP of Product Engineering, you will be responsible for a significant part of the Behavox Product Engineering organization overseeing a portfolio of new Machine Learning-based products. You will partner up with the PM leadership, Platform, Data Science, Product Design and other engineering teams to solve complex technical problems, build and deliver outstanding products to our clients, on time. Additionally, you will build and lead a team of dedicated and passionate engineering managers and engineers who are ready to change the world.

What You’ll Do

  • Technology Leadership - Build and drive the technology strategy for a significant part of the Behavox product portfolio
  • Organizational Leadership - Build and manage great Product Engineering teams - hire, manage and mentor teams of high-performing engineers that work together to deliver the best products our customers demand and deserve
  • Customer Leadership - Partner up with Product Management leaders, Product Engineering peers and CTO to drive Behavox Product and Platform roadmap
  • Supportability - Drive excellent product supportability for the relevant set of products, including reliability, performance and high availability metrics
  • Operational Excellence - Demonstrate excellence in executing against the product roadmaps and commit to deliver on time and with great quality
  • Continuous improvements - Be a subject matter expert and build SMEs in your organization, work closely with fellow engineers to continuously improve our existing processes and tools in aim of building and delivering great products

What You’ll Bring

  • 12+ years of experience architecting and delivering complex highly reliable, scalable and supportable software products
  • 5+ years of building and leading large, high-performing engineering organizations
  • 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with proven technical expertise
  • Excellent  communication skills

Finally we will ask you to meet with a number of our senior leaders to make sure that you are making the most informed call possible.
