Job Description

Job Summary:   The Enterprise Accounts Leader is responsible for developing strategic sales plans that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization in enterprise accounts through direct sales channels.  This position is responsible for leading a complex enterprise sales cycles with SaaS and capital purchase models. The Enterprise Account leader will be an individual contributor that will work across the horizontal with marketing, clinical, engineering, finance, legal and product teams.  The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with in-depth industry experience and a true passion for the medical device industry.  They must have exceptional project management skills, a record of high-performance, and outstanding relationships with internal and external customers. A strong work ethic with proactive communication skills that encourages courageous conversations are a must. 

 

Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Maximization of revenue, sales growth, profit, and market share as they align to the company’s financial goals.
  • Lead “C-suite” strategic conversations, partnership proposals, change management and optimizations through complicated contracting scenarios.
  • Create a culture of success with ongoing business and goal achievement.
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Implement a strategic plan from prospecting to closure that meets the market needs and accomplishes the overall business goals in relation to growth and individual quota.
  • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.
  • Leading prospecting, proposal creations, RFP responses, demonstrations and closing activities within defined territory.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity, and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.
  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs.
  • Work closely with the Indirect and D2C teams to establish successful collaboration and support between direct and indirect channels.
  • Manage key customer relationships and optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.

 

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience selling complex and non-standard Enterprise SaaS and capital contracts into health systems
  • Experience building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan
  • Experience in collaborating with indirect sales channels
  • Experience in selling point of care ultrasound, SaaS and mobile applications
  • Experience in building and maintaining a successful culture.
  • Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities.
  • Experience utilizing a CRM to manage sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data.
  • Experience providing status reports with market and customer feedback to the corporate leadership team.
  • Experience collaborating with finance and leadership teams on creative enterprise solutions for large institutions spanning multiple departments and sites. 
  • Demonstrated ability in all aspects of sales leadership.
