Job Description
Job Responsibilities may include:
· Design, simulate, verify and support complex ultrasound medical imaging centric system built around FPGAs
· Convert ideas and definition at system level to a mixed signal hardware solution
· Design, program, debug, verify, optimize and productize FPGAs
· Work with ARM or equivalent embedded multi-core microprocessor architectures
· Design, debug and productize products with real time operating systems
· Design DDR and USB interface circuitry
· Interface with power circuitry
· Develop schematics, supervise PCB layout and verify with signal integrity tests
· Develop schedules and manage resources as needed for successful project completion to schedules requirements
· Work effectively as part of a cross functional organization
Job Requirement:
· MS in EE
· 15+ years of relevant technical experience, preferably with 5+ years of hands-on management experience
· Technically strong in signal processing and digital system control with experience in architecting and delivering complex mixed signal systems commercially
· Experience in FW/SW development, verification and QA for medical applications.
· Experience on Unix, Linux, Mac OS, iOS
· Proficient in C, C++, Python
· Experience with ARM or equivalent embedded multi-core microprocessor architectures, and analog and digital sensors
· Strong FPGA/RTL coding and verification skills
· Meticulous in circuit schematics, PCB layouts
· Ultrasound or Radar/LIDAR related imaging experience is a big plus. Also wireless communication experience will be a plus. Knowledge in power related circuitry is also a plus.
· Experience in design and development of products with ICs, FPGAs, GPU’s, programmable logic devices, microcontrollers and various interfaces such as USB, I2C, SPI
· Experience working with MFi interfaces, MIPI and PCIE would be a plus
· Excellent communication skills
