Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled Global Inside Sales Manager to lead our Global ISR team to successfully support our aggressive growth goals. The Global Inside Sales Manager will manage and coach the ISR team, as well as outside third parties, to successfully promote Cloudian products – utilizing excellent telephone, email, qualification, and follow-up skills – to persuade Enterprise prospects and target accounts to meet with our sales and SE teams and build the sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate is a self starter, personable, metrics oriented, has a high EQ, is ready for any kind of challenge, puts their team first, and is always looking to improve processes and conversion rates. Working as part of the Marketing group, the Global Inside Sales Manager partners with this team to ensure a constant flow of campaigns and meetings to build the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of ISR team and ISR operations
  • Implement best in class processes and drive and support the Global ISR team to meet overall monthly, quarterly, and yearly opportunity quotas
  • Set up reports and track key performance indicators with Salesforce
  • Manage the lead follow-through process to drive activities and provide feedback data to Marketing to determine ROI of events/campaigns
  • Provide on-the-job training and mentoring by listening-in on calls, reviewing opportunities, scheduling regular product and alliance training, managing training system, and providing feedback in weekly 1 on 1s
  • Strong understanding of Cloudian product, benefits, verticals, alliances, and competitive objection handling and ability to communicate/educate these to the team
  • Network with field and internal teams to help hone marketing messaging and build knowledge base with team
  • Understand and manage a Targeted Account Program from an ISR perspective across regions
  • Manage and drive third party telesales to ensure zero prospect overlap and successfully supplement opportunity goals
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing Ops and Sales Ops to ensure best tracking, lead views, assignment rules, and flow for leads and ops in the system
  • Cultivate a cohesive, collaborative, and fun environment while kicking butt
  • Recruit, interview, and on-board new ISRs

 
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing a global ISR team
  • Self starter with excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully recruit, retain, and develop employees at varying career levels
  • Proven track record of meeting quota and other sales metrics
  • Ability to quickly understand target customer and identify buying behavior
  • Action oriented, decisive, and possesses the energy, enthusiasm, and competitiveness that drives the team to success in a fast-paced environment
  • Independence in problem solving, resourcefulness, and time management skills are required to overcome challenges
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Outreach required
  • Other sales tools focused on ISR job effectiveness and efficiency (such as Sales Navigator, Livechat, etc) a plus
