What you'll do

    • Develop, manage, and maintain reports on operational and performance metrics with a focus on automation for scale
    • Contribute to the development of a company growth forecasting tool using excel and mathematical formulations
    • Develop company wide people analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards for executive level transparency and decision making
    • Design and manage surveys and polls to collect quantitative data from candidates on Lever
    • Help our teams understand where talent is concentrated and help us forecast when and where to scout for company expansion using quantitative models.
    • Consult with directors across the tech organization on research findings using data analysis to support and improve business strategy 

What you’ll need

    • BS/BA in business, mathematics, economics, computer science, human resources, or related experience equivalent
    • Experience with mathematical modelling, analytics and creating BI dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets and Lever
    • Experience using spreadsheets to bring together data from various sources
    • A passion for research, learning and data.
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Ability to wear multiple hats and be a self-starter as needed in a fast-moving startup.
