About Us:  
 
Finix builds payments tools for vertical SaaS and fintech companies. With Finix, businesses can create a custom payments experience for their customers without developing an in-house system or relying on third-party payments providers.
 
We are a fast-growing fintech startup recently named to both the Forbes Fintech 50 and CB Insights Fintech 250. We closed our Series B funding in February 2020 and announced an extension in August of 2020, bringing our total funding to $96 million.

The Revenue Operations (RevOps) team drives efficiency, effectiveness, and execution across the Revenue organization; resulting in optimal performance and achievement of Finix’s financial goals. The Director of Revenue Operations is a thought-leader, enabler, and business partner to the Revenue team who deeply understands our go-to-market strategy and objectives. Finix is looking for a team member to join the Revenue team who can develop, execute, assess, and optimize our Revenue Operations function.

You will:

    • Operationalize the end-to-end customer journey by implementing sales processes, methodologies, and policies with a focus on speed, scale, and repeatability.
    • Lead Deal Desk operations by creating a frictionless prospect / customer experience while maximizing revenue, and bringing visibility to the leadership team.
    • Drive pipeline growth, deal management, and forecasting process to create revenue predictability.
    • Develop and execute sales enablement programs to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and execution.
    • Implement and manage systems and tools (Salesforce, Gong, etc.) supported by insightful analytics, metrics, and reporting.

You are:

    • Detail-oriented and have a bias toward outcome-focused action.
    • Motivated to operate and produce results in highly ambiguous situations.
    •  Adaptable and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Great at communicating and collaborating with team members. 
    • Able to build strong internal relationships with Revenue team members.

You have:

    • 10+ years experience in a high-performance revenue operations organization. 
    • Excellent problem solving skills, with a strong emphasis on the development of frameworks and processes that can be scaled and / or automated.
    • A deep understanding of the sales and customer success environment.
    • Experience with best-in-class systems and tools for customer-facing success.
    • Strong written and oral presentation skills with the ability to synthesize information and deliver strong story-telling.

Finix offers a comprehensive benefits package for all employees. Benefits are effective on the 1st of the month after your start date. 
 
Health: We offer a variety of health insurance plans with two major carriers (UHC for national coverage and Kaiser as an additional option for CA). Finix pays 90% of the employee premium and 50% of the dependent premium for whichever plan you choose. The remainder of the premium will be deducted from your paycheck pre-tax. 
 
Dental:  PPO dental plan through Beam Dental, one of the best new dental carriers with national coverage. Finix covers 90% of the employee premium and 50% of the dependent premium. 
 
Vision: Vision plan through VSP. Finix covers 90% of the employee premium and 50% of the dependent premium.
