To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our Acquisition Marketing team. The person in this role will manage and optimize our direct response and brand awareness Facebook campaigns. They will own new paid social channel testing and work on long-term strategic projects for the channel, which will include audience segmentation, creative testing, and full funnel testing.

Your impact

As Paid Social Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of a highly effective Acquisition Marketing team. You’ll take on the management of the paid social program and be responsible for continuing to scale and optimize it, as well as expand to untested channels. You’ll run a variety of complex tests in the search for growth wins. Coming in with a problem-solving mindset will be key to finding incremental wins and identifying opportunities for optimization.

In this role you will:

  • Manage and optimize our Facebook ads program.
  • Prioritize, design, and implement experiments.
  • Optimize and scale both direct response and top of funnel campaigns.
  • Prioritize and explore new channel testing in search of scalable wins, which may include Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit, and others.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has strong experience with Facebook ad management. 
  • Possesses a clear handle on A/B testing and has experience running testing frameworks.
  • Has an understanding of and experience with driving results through both direct response and brand advertising.
  • Communicates clearly and concisely and builds positive working relationships across functions.
  • Demonstrates advanced data-analysis skills and an understanding of web-tracking principles.
  • Can develop a prioritization framework and execute on it.
  • Understands marketing metrics and fundamentals and possesses easy fluency in how different metrics affect one another.
  • Crafts effective ads that appeal to various customer segments and align with channel best practices.
