It augments basic IVR with interactive visual content, contextual IVR journeys, and fraud prevention technologies to deliver an exceptional customer experience (CX).
 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product requirements and customer needs, to write both functional and technical specifications for application components as well as major features/versions.
  • Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating excellent interactions from designs, writing reusable content modules and maintainability of the code.
  • Design and build next-generation cloud-native IVR administration services.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Review and optimize the application by monitoring key metrics and rectifying the issues proactively
  • Collaborate with development teams and good understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work collaboratively with support teams to analyze and resolve production incidents.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development cycle as part of a multi-functional Scrum team.

 

 Required Qualifications, Experience & Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Electrical Engineering, or equivalent and/or equivalent work experience 
  • 10-15 years of experience in Software Product development, includes experience
  • JavaScript
  • Frameworks like React JS/ Angular JS/MVC/Web API technologies with an emphasis on keeping in line with industry standards
  • Must have experience in developing cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device Single Page applications using ReactJS/AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML5 and JavaScript.
  • Design and implement the UI using web development framework and libraries jQuery, React, AngularJs is a must.
  • Understanding of working with system infrastructure, web architecture and communication protocols like HTTP, TCP/IP.
  • Good experience in backend like DB / Services
  • Well Versed in asynchronous request handling, partial page updates and Ajax.
  • Working experience in operating and querying Relational and NoSQL Database Management Systems such as MySQL, MongoDB is a must.
  • Performance Scalability and Optimize application for maximum speed
  • Expertise in Web servers such as nginx, Apache, Tomcat
  • Experience in REST/ RESTFUL APIs
  • Experience with both Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build Automation tools like GitHub and Jenkins
  • Ability and comfort to interact with customers during implementation, integration, testing phases; provide post-deployment support.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
