- Able to setup and configure software, hardware, and robotics systems
- Perform on-site hardware and software support during initial system deployment
- On-Site Support of the solution – software and/or hardware support
- Daily monitoring and reporting on the execution and performance of robotics systems
- Providing assistance with running tests, data collection and system troubleshooting
- Escalating issues to Tier II Support Engineers
Skills/Technical Requirements:
- Industrial robotics or other industrial engineering experience.
- Knowledge in the following:
- Software: Linux (Ubuntu), Shell (Bash), Python, VCS (Git), IT
- SQA
- Understanding of components of CPU and/or GPU
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP)
Educational Requirements:
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar field.
Travel:
Will travel be required? If Yes, what % of time: Yes; the engineer should be willing to travel M-F (~85%) for remote deployments across the U.S
