What you will be doing:

  • Lead out the implementation process for strategic accounts utilizing Podium’s products in various industries in a timely manner.
  • Partner with the Strategy, CSM, and Sales departments to build out and continuously improve the customer implementation processes
  • Work cross functionally to ensure all and new aspects within each strategic account is set up and updated (new products, users, locations, features, integrations, etc.)
  • Update account product management layouts
  • Ensure all integrations are working smoothly
  • Utilize data tools to bulk upload and provide edits to account setup

What you should have:

  • At least 1 years of experience in Onboarding, Implementation, Customer Success or Account Management at a SaaS company
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS products and services
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills. You can explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different users
  • Great problem solving skills, taking a consultative approach to finding the best solution
  • Self starter with prior experience navigating complex customer environments
  • Ability to sort through large volumes of data and drive insights and results
  • Ability to contribute to building new processes and systems
  • Curious & detail oriented to a fault
