In this role you will…
- Develop and implement R&D strategy, guiding the shape of the portfolio, and helping to design and manage an approach to tracking and ensuring appropriate allocation of resources across programs
- Act as the key contact for program related information and for obtaining and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of program scope, deliverables, timelines, status and key risks and mitigation strategies
- Drive high performing, cross-functional teams to promote effective communication and ensure integration and alignment of internal subject matter experts via team meetings and program updates
- Facilitate discussions around structuring complex problems, synthesizing the findings, developing creative solutions, making logically supported recommendations, and facilitating decision-making sessions
- Conduct preliminary commercial assessments for MOMA’s major programs and validate key assumptions about competition and potential market
- Lead the development of R&D long-range strategic planning, in close collaboration with the finance, R&D, LT, and Human Resources
- Lead the development of supporting analyses and insights related to key, ad-hoc strategic initiatives including market / competitive landscape assessments, financial analyses, benchmarking, etc
About you…
- You have extensive industry related experience in R&D operations, program management, clinical development, new product planning, commercial assessment, corporate development and/or research
- You most likely have an advanced degree; a science background is required
- You may have spent time in management or strategy consulting.
- You are an open communicator and know how to leverage your strong EQ, organizational savviness, and collaboration skills to lead and develop alignment across all teams within the organization
- You work hard, you are kind to others, and you enjoy being a part of a kick-ass collaborative team that gets shit done
