About Zentist

Dental insurance plans are notoriously complicated. Policy agreements are difficult for consumers to understand and for providers to service and manage. We started Zentist because we believe neither consumers nor providers should struggle with the complexity of understanding and utilizing dental plans. At Zentist, we are developing billing technology between dental offices and insurance companies that abstracts away all the complexity of billing and collecting insurance.

About the Role

The Sales Team is responsible for building a leads pipeline, screening potential clients, and strategically following up to close deals. The Outbound Sales Associate will be responsible for in person visits to dental practices for initial screening and introduction, scheduling follow up meetings, presenting sales materials, and otherwise representing the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and develop relationships with local industry reps, consultants, and dentists to generate leads
  • Prospecting and initiating the first contact with potential customers
  • Manage schedule of in person sales activities
  • Present and pitch the product at sales and marketing functions such as seminars, luncheons, dinners, sponsored events, webinars,
  • Attendance at all major sales and marketing events such as industry conferences and conventions.
  • Engage in sales & marketing team activities and tasks relating to growth experimentation
  • Crush sales goals

What We Look For

  • At least 3 years of sales experience
  • Record of sales success
  • Experience in dental software/product sales preferred but not required
  • Experience with CRMs such as salesforce, hubspot
  • Proven ability to execute in a high growth, fast changing environment
  • Strong sense of ownership; driving initiatives from inception to completion
  • Empathy; being able to deeply understand customer's requirements and frustrations, put yourself in their shoes.
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to collaborate with other functional leaders and executives
