In your role, you will:

  • Take full ownership of the prioritization of new features and enhancements to existing ones, by interacting directly with partners and capturing input from stakeholders to ensure that your team is working on the most impactful projects
  • Gather knowledge about the problems you're tackling through research and regular interactions with end-users; define and frame these problems together with your team
  • Track progress and measure impact by constantly evaluating if your solutions are solving the problem through quantitative and qualitative measures
  • Motivate your team and the people around you to do the best work possible
  • Assess our communication tools and determine the right systems architecture
  • Determine what data and tooling will make our teams most efficient
  • Oversee projects which will automate internal processes (Lead scoring, task distribution, notification & alerting)
  • Implementation of a partner relationship management tool using Salesforce communities
  • Implementation and configuration of partnership billing infrastructure, including the delivery of billing APIs for app store integrations
  • Establish developer community to support partner-managed integrations and onboarding

We are looking for people with:

  • Experience as a product manager (3+ years), with a successful track-record in SaaS product management
  • Background in internal systems or processes; ideally Salesforce or another CRM
  • Strong understanding of the partnership experience either through past roles or products
  • Great communicator to explain product decisions and the rationale behind them
  • Get-things-done mindset, self-motivated and results-driven with a take charge attitude to manage the full development cycle of a product
  • Friendly, knowledgeable, and motivational to others. Open to diversity in all shapes and sizes

We are:

Our product & technology team is split between Copenhagen, Vilnius, London and Edinburgh. We work in  cross-functional agile product teams. It's our job to make cool things that people everywhere will love. So, we think bigger and better than your average bear. We work fast to deliver relevant, valuable products, and we always deliver. Of course, alongside all that hard work, we like to play. Whether it's ping pong, making apps, or making you laugh out loud with our crazy humour.

We offer:

  • An opportunity to work alongside talented, passionate people in a rapidly growing, fast-paced company - we are entering a key part of an exciting international growth journey
  • Autonomy - we’re here to guide you, but you define your own trajectory.
  • A challenging and equal opportunity workplace with diverse perspectives and ideas

  • An international, vibrant office with over 40 different nationalities
  • A flexible, Scandinavian work-life balance
  • Supportive colleagues who have a desire to learn, share and innovate
  • Continuous learning with opportunities to grow your skills and develop your career
