Job Description
● Develop, plan, implement and drive sales strategy to deliver quarterly business goals for the zone.
● Establish sales executional goals, develop plans and deliver monthly targets for the zone.
● Devise and implement processes to upgrade sales competency in zone.
● Ownership for complete sales revenue, costs and efficiency targets.
● Hire, train, mentor and drive city heads across various cities.
● Drive channel health metrics to ensure sustained exponential growth.
● Coordinate and plan with cross functional operations, central teams to ensure smooth transactions.
● Participates in strategic planning with corporate and communicate direction to the city teams.
● Lead a pool of high performing regional manager and city heads.
Experience
● 10+ years of experience in sales, business roles for at least 2 years and have lead large teams across geographies
● Should have built and lead large teams in sales, handled team of city heads/managers with execution excellence in high volume delivery business
● Preferred industry - Telecom/Fintech/Ecommerce/FMCG/startups handling volume delivery
