As the Senior Manager of Partner Integrations, you will play a key role in leading a team responsible for operationalizing, standardizing and evangelizing Groupon’s newly developed connectivity solution with our partners.  You will be responsible for building the business processes used to support the enrollment, on-boarding and continuous management of Groupon’s self service connectivity partners.  

Key goals will include successfully guiding the partners through their development, testing and launch cycles while reducing the overall time to market.  In addition, you will create and manage Service Level Agreements, Standard Operating Procedures, maintenance notifications, support metrics, relevant escalation paths within Groupon and chairing regular meetings to level up the success of our partnerships.

You’ll spend time on the following:

  • Establish and lead a formal process for partner connectivity cycles

  • Work closely with merchants, partners and internal customers for problem resolution and escalation

  • Coordinate with product and operations teams to escalate and resolve technical and business issues with connectivity

  • Own the end-to-end process of creating a roadmap to address technical issues and commercial opportunities with our partners

  • Collaborate and work closely with Corporate Development and Partner Management teams to onboard and integrate partners, serving as a key advisor and subject matter expert throughout design, integration and execution cycle 

  • Conduct regular account reviews with key partners and senior leadership 

  • Share and seek out trends and best practices in connectivity

  • Train and guide partners on all aspects of their connection with Groupon

  • Coordinate with vertical leaders and senior management on planning and objectives

  • Define, measure and meet Key Performance Indicators in the areas of Productivity, Customer Satisfaction, Quality and Service Level Agreements

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Information Science or related experience

  • 5+ years of experience working with software/backend systems 

  • 3+ years of experience in Distribution Partner Management, API Management or similar roles 

  • Knowledge of XML and JSON

  • Proven track record in project delivery and account management
