We are looking for a Product Marketing Senior Manager to join our Marketing team in São Paulo!

As a Manager you will report to the Global Product and Client Success Marketing Director and collaborate with other teams from our Enterprise marketing structure, branding and corporate communications, client sales, client success, product, and new businesses team to drive Gympass’ overall product messaging, content creation and go-to-market strategy.


  • Execute our Go To Market Strategy for new product features, new services and offerings/commercial conditions and associated campaigns, including core positioning, messaging, naming and communications strategy, collaborating with Product, New businesses, Global Sales, Commercial and Marketing team;
  • Creating sales collaterals that support our client sales and client success teams to win business and explain our value proposition to each key audience throughout the customer journey;
  • Providing content to the sale team on our major competitors and how we position for success against them;
  • Designing effective product demos, ROI calculators, and case studies;
  • Work with Product Team to determine customer need, relevant features, and roadmap with a deep understanding of customer needs and purchase cycle;
  • Informing the product roadmap and testing plan and develop content and training programs for internal awareness and education on the product;
  • Conducting market research in partnership with the Product and new business teams to identify new market segments or insights that can be translated into different contents for brand awareness, lead generation, and PR pitches;
  • Be the expert on our buyers and clients, uncovering insights that lead to breakthrough messaging, providing recommendations to other members of the Enterprise Marketing team.


  • Experience in product marketing, product marketing in the B2B space;
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams in ABM, PR/Comms, Brand, Field, Digital, Social to execute a GTM plan;
  • Ability to create compelling sales arguments and collateral with the customer persona in mind;
  • Excellent storyteller, with strong communication, writing, and presentation skills;
  • Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets (including demo scripts, pitch decks);
  • Experience working with product, sales, and customer-facing teams;
  • Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to problem-solving;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory;
  • Bonus if you: have worked on a global marketing team, have international or regional marketing experience, and are multi-lingual.
