Market Opportunity

Every year, foundations and corporations award nearly $100 billion in grant deployments in the US alone. Such deployments play a major role in addressing some of society’s biggest challenges, spanning social justice, pandemic response, environmental protection and everything in between. Yet the impact of this funding remains loosely captured, at worst untraceable. Resilia aims to close the funding deployment-impact tracking loop through a combination of technology, analytics and human capital.


Resilia’s platform aims to provide three things:

  1. Capacity and educational courses to improve nonprofit operations and strategic decision making
  2. Measurement tools to easily track programmatic, fundraising, and operational metrics
  3. Building DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) into their core decisions and culture

About the Role

As our first in-house curriculum & content developer, you sit on the product team to help create and provide the best possible materials to help nonprofits grow into high-performing organizations. 


You will work with nonprofit subject matter experts to take their experience and wisdom and package it into easily digestible courses and materials that will provide real-world outcomes for nonprofits. The full lifecycle of each module would follow:

  • Researching by speaking with nonprofits, grantors, and subject matter experts
  • Speaking and recording experts on specific topics
  • Video-editing and packaging content into reusable module
  • Identifying and creating quizzes and projects to test knowledge
  • Managing our content CMS
  • Working with the Product team to identify what worked and what didn’t


You will report to the Director of Enterprise Product.


What you will do

  • Lead development of new curriculums and materials related to nonprofits
  • Develop multiple content types, including but not limited to video lessons, quizzes, projects including white papers and long form content, courses, surveys, and editable templates
  • Edit raw video and cut together lessons that can teach nonprofits real outcomes
  • Write & proofread high quality content 
  • Edit and create working templates for nonprofits with the assistance of subject matter experts
  • Co-lead the curricula’s strategy with Product using OKRs and data-driven strategies to identify the best content to produce
  • Research alongside subject matter experts and take their learnings to create high-quality lessons for nonprofits
  • Research the pain points and problems nonprofits face and prioritize which lessons we should be created
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, marketers and senior stakeholders to design, create, market and improve Resilia’s working materials for nonprofits


Who you are & what makes you qualified

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in either edtech, a fast-growing product-led tech company, or full-time experience at a nonprofit organization
  • Experience working with subject matter experts and documenting learnings 
  • Comfortable editing raw video into high-quality curated content
  • Experience in taking content and packaging courses for enhanced learning
  • Strong communication skills and writing abilities
  • Comfortable with ambiguity with a strong bias for action
  • Passionate about the company’s success, knowing that it will lead to your success
  • Ego-free approach to giving and receiving feedback - you are a lifelong learner and believe in continuous skill development
