Requirements
Role - Description/Summary:
Co-ordinate and produce proposal (RFI, RFP) responses for a SaaS software organization.
Manage a team of subject matter experts on the SaaS software.
Introduce and implement all necessary proposal procedures and processes.
Highly networked role that requires ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, quick-turnaround, team-based work environment and have the ability to handle multiple proposals -- meeting deadlines with a high level of skill, utilizing a broad range of proposal development techniques and approaches.
Proven ability in planning, project management and delivering compliant proposals within a complex business environment.
Experienced in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, facilitating key review meetings and working with Solutions Consultants on storyboarding.
Review of final document with Sales Directors.
Coordinating proposal governance/sign-off, document production and delivery within RFP timelines
Core Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities:
Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposal within customer defined timelines
Coordinate stakeholder reviews (Sales, Product Marketing, finance, commercial, legal & solution consulting)
Ability to coach sales directors and subject matter experts in persuasive writing and proposal best practices
Document response in line with company branding
Develop graphic concepts
Communicate proposal requirements and status to senior management.
Strong written English language skills
Strategic written storytelling skills
Strong effective communication, writing and computer skills are essential.
Experience with an RFP Response software (i.e., Loopio)
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in technical writing, English or business
Minimum 6 years proven experience in managing proposal team
Excellent writing skills
Keen attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work on concurrent projects
Understanding of Learning industry a plus
