About the Job:

We are adding a Talent Acquisition Specialist to our People Development team. This integral role will be focused on our company value of “Put People First” with the primary objective of identifying talent that adds diverse backgrounds, thoughts and experiences to our organization and supports a strong, inclusive and equitable culture. We want a self-motivated enthusiastic addition to help drive company growth, maintain our positive collaborative culture, drive generation strategies for talent, and act as a true partner to the business across multiple departments.   • Manage full lifecycle recruiting process from application review to offer across business and leadership roles, though able to contribute to all roles across the organization based on demand
  • Committed to providing a thorough, professional, and pleasant candidate experience every step of the way
  • Develop unique sourcing strategies, including social networking and direct sourcing to attract top talent
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers/hiring teams and becoming a dependable resource and partner; willingness to provide advice/guidance as needed
  • Develop new partnerships and unique sourcing strategies, including social networking and direct sourcing to attract a diverse talent pool
  • Promote and drive adoption of equitable practices, establish key initiatives, and communicate insights & recommendations to LiveIntents ERG's and Leadership
  • Being a master multi-tasker: balancing multiple open requisitions while making it look super easy (and fun)
  • Act as a brand ambassador and storyteller; maintaining our company objectives and communicating our mission effectively
  • Design, develop and implement innovative outreach programs using diversity and inclusion best practices in support of LiveIntent’s strategic initiatives
  • Use a data-driven approach to continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and scalability across the company



  • 3+ years of corporate and/or agency full cycle recruitment experience (a mix of both is preferred) with an emphasis on recruiting experience
  • Adtech/Martech experience a plus 
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems - we use LinkedIn Talent Hub 
  • Ability to effectively source and build ongoing candidate pipelines; LinkedIn Recruiter experience a must
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Ability to be proactive: networking, establishing effective relationships, seeking new creative sourcing and outreach methods
  • Self-sufficient with the ability to GSD (get stuff done!) with minimal supervision
